I would take a picture of the peach pies I have cooling on my rack on the counter. I am not much of any kind of cook or baker, but I do love peach pie and since I was presented with a bag of peaches on Monday I decided to go for it.
Currently I have 4 mini peach tarts that look lovely and yummy and one full pie crust fresh out of the oven cooling and waiting to be filled. I have enough filling for one more full pie. I am debating whether or not to make one more crust or freeze the filling. Or just eat it straight out of the pan. Yum. I love Fall.
Just kidding about the pan. Maybe.
Bake another pie. And Feel free to drop some off over at the bayou... :)
