Which sounds like a title for an inevitable best selling novel, one that I will write, get a nice advance for, and then be at the top of the NYTimes bestseller list for many, many moons.
But really this post is about why I have numbered the days of Summer as I have numbered them. It's really simple. It's that June 2nd, a Monday, was the first day my kids were out of school for summer vacation. Hence, the first day of Summer. Even though it was the second of June.
I am attempting to "get things done" as the saying goes. Even, or especially, during the summer.
