I know I skipped day seven. It was Sunday and I don't "get things done" on Sunday as far as that kind of work goes. It was a nice day.
And so for the eighth day it was kind of more of the same. Garden soil, dirt, and a few more flowers planted. Also, our pumpkins. Big orange ones, small white ones. At least that's what the little tags said. Ben took out our sad sad rose bush at long last. Poor rose bush, it has put up a valiant fight these last few years, but really it was too diseased to make it. Ah rose, thou art sick! (Name that poem/poet.)
